It's a BLOG!

Just before 10:30 PM on March 27, 2008 we welcomed the most recent addition to our family, a happy, healthy little BLOG. We named it Blargington McBlogston III but will call it Blarg for short. I can't believe the day has finally come. Ever since I was a little boy all I ever wanted was to have my very own blog. I hope that I can live up to all of the expectations associated with having a blog. In preparation for this day I wrote a letter of advice for little Blarg and want to share it with you now.


"Dear Blarg,
Any day now you will be showing up in this crazy world. I can't tell you how excited we are for you to come. We have waited a long time for this and you mean so much to use. Some day we will have a talk about how Blogs are made but we will save that for when you get a little older. Just know that we are going to have lots of good times and maybe some bad times, but the bad times make the good times even that much better. Things aren't always going to be easy. There may be some that say you aren't good enough,or smart enough, or funny enough, or shower frequently enough causing you to have a constant unpleasant odor. Don't listen to them. They are just jealous of your ridiculous level of awesomeness. An awesomeness that they can't even dream of achieving. Jealousy will make people do crazy things. Just tell them how unawesome they are. And if that doesn't work you can always resort to physical violence. Anyone that says violence doesn't solve anything has never had the joy of punching someone else in the face. Just remember how wicked awesome you are and you will be fine.

Give me a second, I am a little overcome with emotion right now.3...2...1...Ok I'm good. Well I hope you will all come to love Blarg as much as I do. Awesomeness will be enjoyed by all. It time for me to make like a tree and get out of here.
